Every day is still so new

It's special to see in Jed's eyes the innocence, curiosity, and dependence he has every day. We're enjoying those moments when we have energy and he is comfortably in our arms.

Bueni, helping where she can

Bueni is learning to just insert herself as the big sister of the family. Here, she is helping to inspect Jed's diapers and offering to take a nap with him.

5 1/2 weeks

Jed's infant hair is slowly being lost, while being replaced with more coarse baby hair. Sad and exciting all at the same time.

Two Miles High

Jed went to the Mountains for the first time this weekend during a church retreat in Allenspark, CO. We think he enjoyed the Rocky Mountain high and wants to return in the near future.
